• Tiger Schulmann students, friends, family and staff are invited to submit designs for new Tiger Schulmann apparel (ie, t-shirts, sweatshirts, hats, etc).
• Each person can submit as many designs as they wish.
• Designs to be submitted now through May 31^st, 2008 via e-mail only to artcontest@tigear.com.
• A panel of judges will pick the top 10 designs to be posted on our web-site.
• YOU PICK THE WINNER!!  Students, friends, family and staff will then vote for the best design.
• The top 3 designs will be determined by the highest number of votes.  Prizes are as follows:
  • 1^st Place: $1,000 Tigear merchandise
  • 2^nd Place: $400 Tigear merchandise
  • 3^rd Place: $100 Tigear merchandise
• The winning design will be reproduced with the artist’s signature!

Rules:

• Design submitted must be your own original unpublished work and must not contain any third-party logos, trademarks or copyright material.
• Designs must be submitted by May 31st, 2008 via e-mail in jpeg or pdf file formats (5 mb or less) to artcontest@tigear.com. Within the jpeg or pdf, just below the design must include your name, e-mail address, and phone # so we can contact you if chosen as one of the top 10 designs.
• Design should be no larger than 7 inches by 7 inches and should use no more than 4 colors. The top 10 designs chosen by the panel of judges must be resubmitted in Adobe Illustrator (AI) format. Entries not submitted in required formats will not be accepted.
• All artwork submitted becomes the property of TSK Equipment Inc (dba TIGEAR) and Tiger Schulmann’s for reproduction in any and all forms. Submission of artwork permits Tigear and Tiger Schulmann’s to reproduce and manipulate and/or change any portion or the entire design submitted. No other compensation or remuneration is expressly stated or implied from this contest other than the chance to win the prize structure stated above. As an express condition of your participation in the contest, you hereby transfer and assign all rights of every kind and character in and to your design submission, including copyrights, and hereby agree that TSK Equipment shall be the sole and exclusive owner of all such rights. Participants acknowledge that no submissions shall be returned.
