I tried wearing gym, basketball & training shorts for the first few classes & they felt okay until we would do combos or any moves involving legs. I got the first pair in my normal size but the waist felt too tight. I went up 2 sizes from my normal size & they feel amazing. My legs don’t feel restricted & they don’t feel sweaty or nasty like other materials would. Read the size chart & go by your waist or other measurements & not the size you normally buy in regular clothes.

I love my new shorts. It been rather warm outside and I sometimes sweat a lot in class so the shorts keep me cooler. I got a size large and it fits me well. They are lightweight and comfortable.
