We take pride in our products and want you to use them with confidence. We will always do our best to keep you satisfied. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, we want to make it right as soon as possible.

If an item is damaged, missing or incorrect from your order please call us at 1-888-844-3271 or email us at customerservice@tigear.com within 48 hours of receipt.

Not quite right? Don't worry. You have 30 days from the delivery date to return it.

How to complete a return:

Step 3: Package your items and take to the carrier of your choice

Return Policy:

  • Refunds only, no exchanges
  • Returns are only accepted by mail
  • Returns must be made within 30 days from the delivery date
  • We will accept new (unwashed, unworn and unaltered) merchandise with all original packaging & tags
  • A 10% repackaging fee will be charged for any item returned without original packaging
  • Returns will be credited to the original payment method, excluding shipping & handling
  • All applicable promotions, discounts, offers, free items (as part of a qualifying purchase) and coupons applied at the time of purchase will be prorated and applied/deducted from the amount of refund/credit
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for processing of refunds
