Return & Exchange Policy

We do not supply return labels for return/exchange items, and do not accept in-person returns. You must mail your items back to us with this form according to instructions below.

If an item is damaged or missing from your order, please call us at 1-888-844-3271 within 48 hours of receipt. Be sure to inspect all items for correct size & fit before putting your name on it, wearing it to class, or altering in any way.

We will accept new, unwashed, unworn and unaltered merchandise suitable for resale, with all original packaging & tags returned for refund/exchange within 30 days of purchase. Items returned without original packaging will incur a 10% repackaging fee. Returns will be credited to the original payment method, excluding shipping & handling.

Offers are subject to adjustment due to returns and exchanges. All applicable promotions, discounts, offers, free items (as part of a qualifying purchase) and coupons applied at the time of purchase will be prorated and applied/deducted from the amount of refund of credit.
